So I was thinking just the other night at work. That’s usually not such a bad thing, but a girl supposedly had just been in the store allegedly raped by the guys she was seen at the store with just two hours earlier. Naturally the cops were called.

So what was I thinking, aside from the obvious, “Damn, why couldn’t she have come back when I was here so I could see her tits?” Based on the story my coworker told me, I do believe the girl very well may have been raped, but one cannot and should not ever be so sure of such things. A girl merely need accuse a guy of raping her and that guy’s reputation will be forever tarnished even if the accusations were false. But what really got my mind going that night was the fact that the guy (or guys, not sure) that raped her brought her back to the same store they were seen at two hours earlier.

First thought that crossed my mind was these guys were good nominees for the Dumbest Criminals Award. Not only were they seen on security cameras, and not only were they seen on security cameras twice in the same night, but they were caught on security cameras twice in the same shift!

But no, what set me a-twitter was why the rapist — and not just him, but other rapists as well — dropped the victim off alive and well, although the expression is no don’t a bit unfitting here.

I’m no misogynist and I most definitely do not approve of the physical raping of women (mind raping I’m in the air about and anyone that’s heard me rant about “statutory rape” already knows me views on that). Really, I don’t condone unprovoked violence of any kind against people or animals, and I’m well aware that, I wouldn’t sleep with you if you were the last man on Earth is not a valid provocation. But seriously, why let their victims go when the girls will report them to police and the guys will go to prison for some years and probably get sued by the girl too?

This is the same belief I hold about burglars and robbers — kill the fuckers so they won’t come back and bite you in the ass with a lawsuit that they could win. Now, this is very different from rape victims reporting the incident to cops, but cops are going to be hard pressed to find a rapist if the girl he rapes can’t talk or write a report because her bloody throat’s been slit open.

Common sense, people! The world is so lacking in it these days.
